at how many centimeters dilated will the hospital keep you?

they kept me at 2cm bc when the nurse went to check me after I walked for 2 hours she broke my water so I had to stay.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I was having bad contractions and I was 2 centimeters dilated so they sent me home and my contractions got worse about an hour later I went back and I was 7 centimeters then they finally took me to labor and delivery

They won't keep me until I'm 5 centimeters but they won't keep you unless you wanna stay

It depends on the hospital. In my town they don't keep you until you are at a 4

they kept me when I was at 3cm
