When do you usually find out the sex of the baby?

17-22 weeks

16-20 weeks unless you do a blood test earlier

Mine was 19 weeks

I found out at 12 wks with a blood test they took my blood at 10 weeks and it came back two Weeks later 18-22 weeks with a sono

i found out at almost 16 weeks but i paid money for a 3d ultrasound lol.

I went for my ✔ up again today & found out i was having a boy. I'm 18wks1day

I found out when I was 18 weeks but u can go to a 3d ultrasound gender determination when ur 14weeks n know the gender

With my son 20 weeks. Same with this one. My dr prefers to wait so that he knows for sure.

my sono tech told me at 14wks it was a boy.. but on he 12th I'm having my anatomy scan at 23wks.. hopinh hes still a boy.. also.. what's this i heat about blood test? i didnt know you could have a blood test to find out the gender. @marce88 @gabesmommy

@mommybug, they drew my blood at 10 weeks to test for abnormalities but they can also test for the gender of the baby if you're having a boy they will be able to detect any chromosome in your blood of its a girl they won't detect a Y chromosome found out via blood test at 12 weeks I am having a boy I'm 35 weeks now and he's still a boy lol the test is really accurate

today was the first time i have ever heard of a blood test.. mentioned but 3 completely different people.. is this something that i have to request? @gabesmommy

@mommybug, I didn't have to request it they just told me it's part of genetic screening and that if I want to know I can call in two weeks and get the results but requesting wouldn't hurt especially if you are as anxious as I was to find out

i had that blood test done but i didnt know I could request the gender through it! sono in a couple days im hoping hes still a he so i can have my pair ❤💙
