Okay mommys had my membranes stripped this morning at my doctors around 11 I've had a bit of cramping but awhole lot of pain down there my vag feels lik it got hit by a semi truck (sorry tmi ) who has been threw this before and know anything to help me contract and how long did it take tou guys to go into labor after a successful membrane sweep?

Peeing helps @pixiegirl ? Nothing has happened yet just more of my mucus plug has been coming out and a few intense Braxton hicks off and on I've been cleaning lik crazy for two days straight hopeing it will help but just seems she is to stubborn 😒😫
Walking and lots of water keep peeing u going to bathroom helps , walk in circles in your house , have a yoga ball use it do some pregnant yoga
I'm single so sex is way out of the question lol but I ate fresh pineapple yesterday and it didn't work I was going to eat it today to but low key my tummy can't handle food right now I'm really nauseous
