I am 3 cm dialated 50% effaced -2 can anyone help me on ways to dialate more or get my water to break or get labor started?
Is it safe to take a hot bath to help dialate or get labor going?
Even though I'm getting induced on the 30th. should I try that primrose tea that's supposed to help with dialation?
Question about cervix checks. Does it get more uncomfortable the further dialated you are? I've already had my cervix checked because we were worried about preterm labor and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. So as I become dialated will it become more uncomfortable??
Not looking forward to getting swabbed next week for that group b thing they test around 37weeks, ahh and to think they will start checking for dialation soon 😭 it’s so uncomfortable and painful 😩.. I just hope I’ll be dialating!

Do u have a yoga ball? Safely/with the help of other, sit on it with your hips/knees spread as far apart as you can, and rock your hips back and fourth. I swear that helped me last time during labor and bring him down more
