I was always told only basic Tylenol or extra strength, and Benadryl were both okay to take. I just battled a really bad cold (39 weeks) and all I could do was those two medicines, and herbal teas/cough drops. Not fun lol.

@katearabella, the list is for generic pregnancy, anyone with any risks at all should ask their doctor but this is the one they sent me when I first went in

@bridgete, my doctor told me musinex is a huge no when pregnant so this list depends on where u r also

@aaquino, Tylenol cold was not an approved medicine for me so you may want to ask your doctor. Only regular and extra strength was ok

I took regular tylonal and Benadryl so it should be
