@jocelyn23, thank u so much @ladisnuggles09 girl i can't take it. and having to ROLL off the bed ima be done threw up all over myself. my boyfriend stepped out so I had no one here to help.

yes I haven't been throwing up since she told me to drink milk so I drink it like almost all the time as soon as I feel nauseous I drink milk lol it helps for me hopefully it will for you too.

but I'm still gonna try it.

that's how I've been my whole last trimester drink milk when you have the heart burn or acid reflex it helps me alot. a nurse told me to do it and it works for me
