@yure_ortega i had my baby girl on the 3rd

thats why water helps so you dont get swollen i wouldnt drink alot of water and i was swollen from my hands to feet sometimes my face and i started to drink water and now im better it helps it really does (:

do you drink alot of water? because if you do drinking water reduces the chances of your feet or hands getting swolen
