ladies, im having trouble here. im having menstrual cramps, low back pain,pressure,hips are hurting, and I can feel babys head. I dont know what to do.

call your doctor and go to l&d you need to try and stop labor if that's what it is.

I would either go into labor and delivery or call your ob. But it sounds like you need to go in
