Drink some ice cold water and lay down on your left side and focus to see if you feel movements... If you don't feel anything within an hour or 2 go to hospital

It's okay, you're still early to feel movements often. I just used bathroom and saw a tiny bit of blood and got worried because she wasn't moving all day and went to lay down and she's moving!

sometimes the cold water and laying on your side don't work because everyone's body is different and baby is different. do what up I feel you should to get her to move a little bit if you're really worried call the doctor
