Has anyone ever had this happen? I woke up cause I fell asleep and I just started hardcore choking for no reason. I couldn't breath or catch my breath and the choking wouldn't stop. After a couple minutes I stopped choking and I hurried and drank some water before It started back up. And then I started shaking. I tried going back to sleep, which I did. 10 min later my SO walks in with his daughter and scares me and I flip out and start crying, still shaking. Ever since this happened I just haven't felt right. I'm having period like cramps on and off.

this happened to me last night i just started choking out of no where i had to run upstairs to the landlord to get help, it scared the hell outta me dont know why it happened tho..

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Something just happened I just went to go pee & I was wiping & then I got this excruciating cramp in my lower back & it went 2 my tummy so I was leanin on the counter waiting for the cramping 2 stop then this stuff just started gushing/leaking out of me onto the floor & down my leg I'm not sure what it was, it was a clearish white-ish see through color😨

(Thread Closed) So this just happened. Deffinatly wasn't trying. Only been with my boyfriend almost 7 months. I already have a 4 year old son. Oh man. I'm shaking. Literally freaking out. 1 day before period.
I never really choked but yeah , my breath is being taken away a lot, as the baby gets bigger it gets worse
