So I went to my high risk Doctor and well my placenta has not moved they are giving one more month for it to move if not we will have to have a c-section I'm so scared to have one after all my vaginal deliveries I don't think I could handle it. It will be way to hard with 3 children at home and a new born I'm stressing out because in my gut I feel that I will end up with a c-section has this happened to anyone?? My baby boy is healthy and growing so that's a plus can't wait to hold him💙💙💙
i cleaned mine with alcohol and used some of my sons non scented lotion to just smooth it out.
So just baths I don't have a bath I bet it's because of the pressure of the water and no heavy lifting ok got it but do we clean it with alcohol or any ointment @georgesmummy14
what i was told by my doctor was that i had to take baths but make sure that the incision was not submerged in water and then pat it dry. also i was told that i had to be careful with picking up heavy items.
So how do you take care of the incision is there something special to do or what @georgesmummy14 @mrscolon
It was good, I was in a lot of pain but i was very happy that my son was very healthy.
Yes and thank you I'm just so confused and I don't know what to expect I'm glad it won't affect the baby I will be on my pain meds @mrscolon
Thank you so much for your help @georgesmummy14 so you had a c-section how was the recovery
No problem, I wish I had someone to give me advice when I had mine lol but I breastfed as well & the meds didn't affect the baby, I believe to go home they give Percocets & ibuprofen
i had a high risk pregnancy and also the risk of having my baby 3 months early. the pain meds will not affect the baby while u are breastfeeding i breastfed as well and he is fine.
Will the pain meds affect the baby is I'm breastfeeding and thank you for all the advice hun@mrscolon
Oh & stay on point with your pain meds! It's scary af I know! I have to have my 2nd c-section in April & I'm kind of nervous myself
@miranda4, im the same, I don't like relying on people either, but trust me you'll appreciate it lol as far as the healing process I guess it's different for everyone! Make sure you have an extra pillow handy cus it will hurt to laugh, sneeze, cough.. The pillow won't take it away but the pressure will make it easier
See I'm so scared of the recovery I'm not use to anyone helping me and I hate the fact of relying on someone but if it's the best for baby and I it will have to be done I'm just scared @mrscolon
Well that's true but I'm terrified that I can't do as much for my kids. Some ppl say it's a really slow recovery and some say it's not that bad I'm just scared 😞😳@mamabee
I had an emergency c-section with my Angel baby, it's a little scary at first.. & the healing process can be a pain in the ass, but as long as you have some support & help you'll be okay :)
Ok that sounds good how long before it completely healed? @georgesmummy14
