No Fetal Pole at 5w6d: Is This Normal?

im 5w6d i had an ultrasound 2 days ago and all they seen was yolk sac but no fetal pole yet. the dr didnt seem worried because my levels are doubling like they should. but my last 2 pregnancies we seen baby at this point. this happen to anyone and baby was ok?
