Has anyone ever woke up in the middle of the night with right pelvic pain? It happened to me lastnight and lasted a few minutes but it was really painful

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Mine does it all the time. At random times too! Like I'll just be laying in bed watching tv and it happens
