It never fails. I wake up from a dead sleep in the middle of the night super nauseated. It'll only be a matter of time before I rush to the bathroom and get sick. π·π·
Yogurt or a berry smoothie always helps me so I can get a full night of sleep with out visiting the bathroom at night another good thing to try is ginger or shortbread cookies
Yea I was like that in the beginning, try eating something heavier before bed like bread or meats it takes longer to digest or ask your doctor to prescribe something I took ranitidine it's amazing
