Ladies! I have a question. Do you think it would be a good idea to give my son a birthday party? He'll be 1

Their first birthday party is probably the most memorable for the parents. Its when we get to celebrate the day we brought our child into the world. And the first one is kind of like a pat on the back to mom and dad saying hey we made it through a whole year and didn't lose our minds(completely). Lol. I think it is perfectly fine throwing a birthday party for their 1st bday. So long as it is not a huge over the top party. Keep it simple. And just invited family and a few close friends. I honestly can wait to throw my daughter her first bday party. She will be 1 May 4th.

I'm throwing my son a birthday for his first birthday next month, because his first birthday is gonna be a memorable and special day, mainly because that means I have spent a year watching my baby grow, teaching him new things, and watching him learn new things on his own. some people think it's to much for their first birthday, but everyone has their own opinion.
