HELP! I'm 10 months post partum and I'm still having a lot of trouble losing weight! I'm 180 lbs, and I'd like to get back down to the weight I was before (157) , I'm not good with dieting and I've tried working out, I've tried diet supplements, nothing is working.

Advocare is a company that sells meal replacements, dietary supplements, power bars and so on. But instead of targeting fat in general it only targets the bad fat. So many success stories and two of my close friends sell it. So I figured I'd give it a shot. I only do home work outs right now like sit ups, squats and scrunches.

Focus on one day at a time. I have always had good luck with weight watchers points program. Structure without too much restriction.

Try cutting out all junk food & sugars drink a lot of water work out regularly. You have to be consistent if you can't go to the gym take walks with your baby (if you live somewhere warm)
