when do they flip their sleep he sleep all day and then awake at night its really making it hard to get anything done during the day because im sleepy what do I do?

My baby's a nicu baby as well & mines 3 months on the 14
Hmm try keeping him awake longer during the day when he naps make sure it's in a well lit room to make it clear that it's day time & at night make sure it's dark so he knows it's night time try starting a bed time routine

Do you swaddle?
How long did you swaddle? Was it hard to break the habit of them needing to be swaddled to sleep? Do you swaddle during the day or only at night? Please tell me everything about swaddling!!!

Do any of you ladies use melatonin to help your toddlers sleep? My boys always have a hard time going to sleep and idk what to do anymore 😩
