My MIL is a bit much sometimes... My husband told her we were going to Goodwill to get our daughter some clothes and she was like: "why?" She never got my husbands clothes from there.. Um well she's a baby I'm not going to spend loads amount of money for her clothes when she's going to outgrow them in a short period. I get a few from target but that gets expensive after awhile. There's nothing wrong with going to Goodwill.
I'll have to check it out is it only where you are or is it in multiple states? @ace.n.avas.mommy
yes, like a goodwill for baby clothes & toys etc. & u can sell clothes back to them when baby out grows. that store is LIFE, seriously
right! They have a lot of cool stuff not just for clothes but home decor too @elenasmommy
ugh! Hell no! right. I can't stand that shit. It's not that bad but she has been bugging me about bottle feeding and telling me I need a break and blah blah blah. I'm not complaining about sleep or anything. She's always telling me I look tired but whatever I maybe tired but I'm a mom and a wife. I'll be tired my whole life. @lovemyson_610
Shoot I thrift not even because I need to just because I love thrift stores you find all sorts of stuff there. She's just being a snot lol
me and my mil don't even speak. @anuheas.mommy she had the nerve to tell my mother I was nothing but a racist bitch (my soon to be ex husband is black) all because I didn't have anything to do with any of them. I left him when I was 14 weeks pregnant, and haven't gotten a penny from any of them, nor have I asked for anything from them. So I absolutely flipped the fuck out on her. And she never has called, or texted me again on that bullshit! These women think that just because they are our mil's that they have some sort of power over us, nahhh fuck that. I put her in her damn place! Enough is enough!
thanks ladies yall are awesome! @reaganmommy2015 @babiio1
I get all my baby girls stuff from consignment stores for the same reason
right...girl dont listen to that crazy stuff. goodwill is life
right! This is not the first time she's made me feel like shit. @lovemyson_610
not at all! half the stuff still has the tags on it (at the one near me anyways). I be hitting them up on half price day!
I can't believe it
My cousin stayed with me rent free from September 2015 to April 2016 and her stuff is still in my apartment. She's been saying she was going to come get her stuff for months. She text me this morning saying that she was going to come and get her stuff soon, and I asked her if I could have her air mattress. She tried to charge me $60 for it. The air mattress sells new for $35 on amazon and she didn't even pay $60 for it. I didn't respond and she just text me saying the $60 was...
Rant!
My sitter used cottonelle wet wipes on my baby! Now she has huge rash!!! I totally get that my SO forgot to put the wipes in her diaper bag. But she could have told one of us and we could have brought her some or she could have went to the store and I could pay her back. I don't get it. She buys her clothes and toys, takes her places while I'm at work. The store is literally a 5 minute walk from her house. But she decided cottonelle wipes are ok? Ugh. Rant over.

My baby girl has gotten so fat. She was just in preemie clothes now she's outgrowing her newborn

My 6 year old and I got our nails done today. She got her first manicure and they painted Olaf on her thumb! Some people have expressed that they think she's to young to be getting a manicure. I used the manicure as a bribe to get her to stop biting her nails and if it works...I'm going to keep taking her bi weekly when I go for a fill. I remember my parents not letting me get a manicure until I was in high school. Is it really so strange for a little girl to regularly get manicures?
I've seen other ladies on here post about it, so I believe they're everywhere. Google it lol & good luck! you'll fall in love if there's one in ur area
