I had literally the same exact thing happen to me. Tmi but it happened as soon as he pulled out of me and it was literally like a water puddle. It didn't have any smell to it or anything so I asked his mom and his mom said sometimes it happens when the females are about to reach their climax. It never happened to me before so I was super scared but apparently it's more common then you would think
You better go to the hospital to get checked! You could have an infection and if the baby gets it it could be super bad. Please go in an get checked!
