Awww. I work at those hours - if they offer weekend classes or night classes that would fit my schedule better.

there is a class tomorrow at 10 am to 1. its the start of a new stage it is 16 weeks long. we work out for an hour then have meditation for 35 mins then we work with the baby for about 10 to 15 minutes then comes my favorite part snack time then lessions @8yearsapart

Wow. Thanks for the info. I'll be delivering at Memorial West and to my knowledge everything was $20 (sibling class, birthing class, etc). I am definitely going to check them out

its honestly amazing also when you do the mommy classes with them you are first in line for the mommy and me classes where they teach you different things to do with the baby and things like that. this program has been amazing to all us moms we even have soon to be grandmas that come and join the fun also dads too

Lol omg sounds like heaven and I really need to start some sort of yoga or stretching class because I'm only 15 weeks and my knees and hips are already killing me 😔 is there a website? And do u mind telling me the price?
