I'm having horrible pressure with these contractions but that's what hurts the most not the actual contraction ... I think !!??!!!? Idk I'm second guessing myself and just in so much pain !!! 😩😩😩😩
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm having contractions but can't feel them right now.
Contractions are getting crazy strong! Anything over 80 is considered a "strong" contraction. The ones I'm having are hitting 160+ !
When I lay down my contractions are 10 minutes apart but when I'm up and moving they come faster. I'm not understanding.

I said the same thing!! each contraction, my little one would move and the more she wiggled the more painful the contraction.... thank god I got iv meds at 3 cm and slept pretty much to 10. woke up and it was pushing time!

About 8 or 9 min but I've don't remember ever feeling this much pressure and pain

remember squatting position is better dont let then pressure you t the movie position with legs up. gravity is your friend
