Have you tried talking to your parents about how important it is to you for them to be there.

With my baby yes.. But my family hates my fiance and my dad just told me he doesn't know if what he's gonna do when my son is born because he doesn't trust himself to be around my fiance and his family and be civil... so he basically doesn't know if he's gonna be there when my son is born...
