yes. my little man has peely/dry skin mostly on his feet, hands and forehead. J&Js; lotion helps a lot. Though the cold winter air doesn't help. just watch out for cracked and dry lips mostly.

j&j night time, or any non scented, hypoallergenic lotion would work, just a dab and careful not to get it in eyes.

Yes definitely all of my kids peeled just keep baby Lotion on hand & keep her lathered up lol
