Had myself a great breakfast today. A bowl of oatmeal, side of fruit and since I still felt a bit hungry I made whole wheat toast with avacado on top and a sunny side up egg!
Now eating myself a salad with detox water lemon and cucumbers with a bit of Chia seeds! So far so good with the healthy eating :D

yes I did I've been drinking it for over a year. Its also safe to put in food. All it does is expand in your tummy just to so one feels fuller. Since im not always home I use it to help last a bit longer until lunch time. But I still take a snack bar or carrots just in case :)

I'm not sure did you do any research on chia seeds? I stopped just in case
