well my hair was clean and completely dry then I took manic panic hot hot pink and atomic turquoise and Nrage plum mixed the with a tiny bit of white conditioner lighten up the colors and took a pieces of hair at a time and just ran the color through and let it sit for 1 hour then rinsed in cold water now I didn't bleach my hair it's just over my natural red because we really aren't suppose to bleach our hair sorry I went into so much detail @txkitten83
how did you do that? I have been wanting to do this for along time but haven't had the time to. I like it
