Yup I got one both first appointments with my babies, and yes they can leave the room. And it is kinda painful, at least to me it was. Not awfully painful, but it was uncomfortable.

Your welcome it's not painful it's uncomfortable but if you focus on something else you won't notice it as much it will be fine doesn't take more than a min or two

With both first appointments a family member was with me so I made them leave, but if my fiancé would have been with me I would have definitely let him stay in the room. 😂

Wiggle your toes while they are doing the exam, it helps if there is pain.
