You can take any prenatal vitamins as long as they have everything you need

Yes I only take over the counter ones because the doctor prescribed ones are too big for me

Yes, I took over the counter with both pregnancies, I never had a prescription.

I took OTC prenatals my entire pregnancy along side some extra folic acid.
