You may leak a little colostrum before but it's not much and not everyone does :)

Your milk doesn't actually come in until after you have baby , it's only after your deliver the placenta that your body sends a hormone to start producing milk :) Usually 3-5 days after both for first time moms 1-3 days for second time moms
