Can back pain indicate the start of labour?? My back pain from baby being back to back had calmed down abit and was a lot better, however I was just walking round my house and started getting shooting pains in my back, the pain isn't coming and going, it's now consistent but I can't walk at all

Sharp pains that traveled from the bottom of my back in the centre round to the sides and up towards the middle of my back with a bit of belly tightening. When they were full blown and every few minutes they were so painful, felt like my back was being broken. I couldn't move whenever I had a contraction xx
