Having a cold on top of being 8 months pregnant is seriously the worst. What are some things I can take to get rid of the cold that are safe?

Can moms eat ice and drink cold water while baby swims?

I donot know how some moms can eat ice or drink cold/ hot water while they know their baby swims in the water then will be cold or hot . 🤔😇😇

Anyone have some cold remedies they could share?
