what should I expect at my 36 week appointment? and when do they start to check if you're dilating or effacing?

They will probably do group b strep test if you haven't already had that done

And they just do the usual height, weight, blood pressure, hear the baby's heart beat, measure your belly, and dilating check

I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and I've been getting checked for dilation since 34 weeks because I asked for it to make sure if I was or not. Just ask them to check :)
