I'll bee 10 weeks Friday and woke up this morning confused and lost and my heart has been going rapidly and I'm shaking everywhere has thus ever happened to anyone else before

That happens to me if I wake up on an anxious day. (Anxiety disorder) maybe drink some tea (decaf) or take a shower or bath to calm down.

they say its normal to have some issues with your body i had heart palpitations day after one of my doctors appointments. freaked me out. they say it can be cause by anxiety, stress, and from where your body is pumping more blood. if it freaks you out and you feel concerned i would call and ask your ob just to make sure
