Been with my husband for 7 years, married for 3 years. We have been trying to conceive but no success I've had period that last any where for 3 weeks to 3 months straight, does any one have had issues like this at all??

Polycystic ovarian syndrome. It can make it very difficult to get pregnant, and cause you to have completely messed up periods, among other things.

I have cysts on my ovaries and possible thyroid issues

I have cysts on my ovaries also, as I do have PCOS. My periods were non existent most of the time, and when I did have one, SUPER PAINFUL.
