A little curious, so question; How long were you in active labor for and how long did you push til your baby was here? I'm a first time mother and I was only in active labor for 5 hours and only pushed for 20mins. People seem to act surprised when I tell them and then tell me that isn't normal and that first time moms should be in labor for 10+ hours?

I was in labor for 20hrs

I was in active labor for 6 hours and once they told me to push it took me less than 10 minutes

I was in active labor 4 hours or so (when I got to the hospital I was 5cm) and then pushed for less than 10 minutes and she was out lol

With my first I was in labor for 1.5hrs and I pushed for 15 mins. With my second I was in labor for 45 mins and just pushed once and she was out.

Ftm also. active labor for 8hrs and pushed for 48 mins. I was also induced though.
