how can you know if your already dilating? because I've been getting a lot of pressure under my belly plus getting back cramps in the morning . please let me know . 😥❤

It doesn't hurt to call them and tell them how you feel women can dilate and stay at a 1, 2, 3, or 4 for weeks !

I was having lots of pressure too at that time unless your contracting you'll be ok .
have them check you. I had my doctor check me and sure enough I was dilating I was only 1 cm but you can never be to sure
ur fine its a normal pain to get how far along u are
