Anyone else have leg cramps/leg pain? I work ft and am on my feet and recently when laying in bed they just throb and throb. Any suggestions on what I can do/take?

What your favorite physical attribute? Like what do u think is the best part of yourself? For me it’s my arms and legs. My arms are cut and I have nice muscular arms, but not too muscular, and my legs I’ve always had nice long legs. So what’s yours?

I'm 11weeks 1day and I've had a throbbing pain in my left calf muscle for the past few days. I've tried stretching and elevating my feet but it's not helping. Anyone experiencing this and have suggestions?

You could Try Getting a towel damp And kinda cold And kinda use it as a compress For when your laying down
