i suffered with bad migraines midwife told me to drink plenty of fluids try fruit juice you can buy cartons 3 for a pound in asda or tesco xx

Went to bed last night with a huge headache... I wake up with the same headache and Tylenol is not doing anything 😢😕😵😒. Anybody knows a good remedies for that?

make sure you have ur blood pressure checked regularly hun. high blood pressure can cause head aches. xxx
