It is getting harder and harder for me to get some sleep the further along I get in my pregnancy . 🙁 Anything I can do or change to go to sleep? 😩

I've actually taken Benadryl to help me sleep it actually helps a lot and I wake up feeling refreshed ! And it definitely helps if I don't have Tylenol pm

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
