i don't know if its normal during pregnancy but i have sharp stomach pains in my tummy like when you have the flu and it hurts. but im not sick or anything.. so i dont know what it could be.

Might just be round ligament pain, but always better safe than sorry. You can always call your OB'S exchange too!
