I'd like to hear people's experiences with attachment parenting, if you're willing to share.

So pretty much attachment parenting is following our maternal instincts and positively parenting rather that going for mainstream mothering. If that makes sense. So we extended breastfed and breastfed on demand, believed in baby's cries, and we baby wear and co sleep to keep baby close to ensure a secure attachment. It also means you research and prep for birth and beyond knowing your options and being an advocate for yourself and your babe. I think the combination and consistency of it all is what benefits babe the most. I chose to stay home with my little so that we could achieve all of this and compared to other children his age that are in mainstream daycare he definitely has had more confidence and independence because of his secure attachment. (In general of course--not saying all day care is bad and that kid's who's parents work aren't secure, just a general observation I've noticed of my kiddo and other kiddos of stay at home moms!) Does that make sense? @babybear_9 @mychellemabelle
