question..
do anyone know if they make chewable or gummy prenatal vitamins cause I don't really know how to swallow pills my first pregnancy I had to literally push them down my throat.

Yes! I take the vita fusion prenatals. They taste great & don't upset your stomach only bad thing it doesn't contain iron so now 28weeks later I'm anemic but other than that I totally recommend them.

my doctor also told me we can take Flintstones gummies lol they have everything in them that prenatals too, and they didn't upset my stomach!

They have them at walmart. Thats what i take i dont like swallowing pills
