Help ! I am beyond extra thirsty lately and I know that's a sign of gestational diabetes .. Or at least that's what I herd! so I had two boys and never has gestational diabetes but I'm haunt a girl and craving a ton more sweets I want to know some signs to know if I have it or not and also what is the worst that can happen ?

I'm 29 weeks with a girl and I swear sugar is my main food group, it's all I crave. 😩 with that being said, I was freaking out thinking I would have GD, but I didn't. So, just relax 😊
I have gestational diabetes and I didn't feel extra thirsty at all.

@lovemybabies87, I thought I had gestational diabetes as well cause I would get really thirsty thank god I don't have GD but I am anemic. Ever since u started taking the iron pills it seems to have helped me get rid of that constant thirst
