Do you prefer to breast feed or formula? Does it hurt to breast feed? I couldn't with my son but…

We exclusively breastfed for 15 months :) hoping to do the same with my second! It can be uncomfortable at first--but it DOES get better! 😍

I would love to breast feed too the same thing happened with me my first I couldn't breast feed because my milk didn't come in so I'm hoping it's different this time around.

It hurts at first but your nipples get used to it then it's just the best thing in the world. I wouldn't trade it for the world

@kmally, Exclusive breastfeeding..... does that mean you didn't use pumping and bottles? Or does that mean no formula? I have wondered about this for a long time.

My guy had a lip tie and never took a bottle because of it. He never had formula. I did pump regularly, but since he wouldn't take a bottle I was actually a donor for another mama and baby :) exclusively breastfed typically means mama chooses to breastfeed only and on demand as baby wants it. It could mean mama pumps on occasion or offers the occasional bottle of breastmilk too. There are some mamas that choose to exclusively pump--and man do I give them credit!
