What age did your little ones stop taking naps?! My youngest is almost 3 and thinks naps are over rated

my 2yo takes naps maybe every other day but I only let her take a nap if it's BEFORE 4pm if not then she won't go to bed at her bed time which is 9:30 mainly bc my ass is not a 7am wake up call person. she sleeps from 9:30 to 10am.

@veunica, they don't get candy at all... We are a huge no sweets house... Not very much tv either as dad is a musician and we have to deal with him playing all the time... But my little man will crash at 8pm and be up at 6am when I get up for work. That's with melatonin in his system or he will be up for 3 days at a time with no sleep

My siblings are 8yrs old and even tho they still fight their naps they go to sleep for a hr and a half only if they dnt get to have their tv time we also use a prize box and that helps out a lot to lol they dnt really get candy til then

I have a 7yo and she still takes naps... well she doesn't always go to sleep but I make her lay down. I would say it stopped when she was 5 and spent all day in school.

Can u train mine?! Lol he's got adhd and I'm exhausted when I come home from work and he's STILL running from 6am

My oldest will be 5 Sunday and still takes about an hour nap
