i took a test a week after my missed period, around like 3PM and got a positive, but my HcG levels have been threw the roof, if your pregnant your levels may have not got high enough for the home test to pick up, all women are different. try taking one with the first morning pee and if its still negative go to a health department and get one.
while your in bed the hcg hormone builds up and when you take the first pee it will have a lot of the hormone in that stream. but, if your pregnant and have enough hcg already it will show up anytime, but most accurate is morning
