I'm 11 weeks and 2 days and I'm miserable already back constantly hurts, I feel hungry all day and can't sleep good at all

I'm 31 weeks 1 day and I'm dilated to a 1 1/2cm head down but not far enough to feel her head yet, killer heartburn since 4 months pregnant and the nausea started back up
