@proudmom0730 This kid I can't stand said 'congratulations, but she's too white' to my fiancé. I already couldn't stand him before and now it's at a whole new level.... I'm a red head and my fiancé is not dark so obviously her skin is not going to be dark. Just because she's fair skinned doesn't make her any less Mexican. Some people just need to watch what they say.

well like my mom says your daughter could probably have your genes because yours could be stronger then your fiance I would tell them just like I tell his mom . if you were going to criticize about my son just because he doesn't look like any of your kids or your other grandkids then I don't need to be around you and just tell them it's none of their business Plus you know some people just have stronger genes in that one so with when it comes to me my son has actually look little bit like my husband's so my son has my husband genes. I have a sister in law who has a one year old sons who's half Hispanic and half white and actually he has more of her genes. so if they keeps saying stuff or whatever just ignore and if it gets to the point where you can't stand it tell them its none of there business and that your daughter is half Hispanic and half white and just you know tell him like it is.
