I'm 7 weeks pregnant and this morning I went to the bathroom and when I wipe there was a light stain of blood. With a very very tiny blood clot. The blood clot was smaller then my pinky nail. Is this normal?. This is my first pregnancy and i don't know what to think or do.

Just try to relax and monitor it. I've heard that some light spotting is okay and should go away. If you begin to bleed heavier and/or have a burning/tightness in your belly then that's definitely cause to go to the dr

It's usually normal but I would still check with my doctor

And I heard that it's normal. But it's just a scary feeling to see this. I'm actually trying to go Into the doctors now so they can make sure everything's okay.

Check with doctor but I don't think going to the ER is necessary at all Hun.

So I spoke with a OBGYN nurse. They are supposed to call me back. But the on call nurse said it is nothing to worry about. Thank you ladies for all the help.

call your ob this just happened to me 3 days ago and the baby is perfectly fine :)
