Ugh so the lady we rent 1 (tiny) bedroom from has decided she will not be renewing the lease, so now we have until the end of January to move out. The end of January is RIGHT WHEN MY TWINS ARE DUE 😫😫. She says she THINKS she knows a pace we can move to, but so far it isn't 100% and if I don't have keys in my hand, I don't believe it, that's just me...Not to mention my husband doesn't know yet, and now I have to be the one to tell him at his lunch 😕 I need tons of good vibes and prayers, you guys, just close your eyes for a second and send it to me, cuz my heart is beating fast, I so did not expect this....

No it has to be handed to you, posted on the inside of your door or sent certified mail.

Yeah, its just awful cuz she talked to us a TON about being sure we were long term renters and we assured her we are 😒 Then she drops this on us randomly an hour ago... @foreveryoung247

Yes, well she said we have 30 days, but we are not on the lease, just have a written agreement, and if she isn't paying for next month, I don't see how...plus I would really like our deposit back... @foreveryoung247

@tahtahme, I know exactly how your feeling right now. my twins will be here the same time my lease is up. I'm in a two bedroom, husband and a four your old. not sure if they'd let us stay for another 6 months if need be. but I'm definitely hoping to get a rented house in time. I hope you get a house as well. it'll be much easier on you with lots more space.
She legally has to give you written notice signed by a judge and it's 30 days total just FYI
