I've gained about 30 already so your not alone. I just started eating healthier instead of all the sweets I was eating and I walk on my elliptical 20 mins a day to keep my weight steady. Walking is very good!

I've been researching that too, there are a lot of waist control options for after birth and I've heard they're a great option to help get everything back in to place. I plan on wearing one because I feel like with twins my poor body is going to need the help. I just wouldn't get something too tight or extreme, perhaps one that you can tighten as you go. I guess a postpartum belly band would be best. Don't stress it too much. Weight gain is bound to happen, hun. Just lots of healthy choices and if you plan on breastfeeding that will help burn a ton of calories after baby is born.

Your body is going through so many things all at once. Just eat better and exercise. Your not alone.

real waist trainers can cause alot of harm to your inside. they do make belly bands for postpartum tho. ask your doctor about what you can do. and if your "overweight" it's not unhealthy to lose a little bit during pregnancy. as long as you and the baby are healthy, it's ok to lose a little bit.

there's nothing wrong with waist trainers, corsets is what you should be worried about. they move your organs around.
if you are into exercising, I suggest you get one of the things like a waist belt. it helps you sweat off your belly fat. I have one called SWEET SWEAT. you'll know you're doing it right when you take it off and alot of sweat is there.
